As many of you know, season 3 starts on January 1st. If you have not seen the promo then you have to look it up! It's great, trust me. Also, I'm sure many of you were worried that the Hylands (Kelly, Paige & Brooke) were not coming back. I would've been, if Kelly hadn't said that every episode and come back after changing her mind. Well, rest assured, they are back.
Before we start season 3, let's look back at the good times from season 1 & 2. Season 1 was all about Maddie being on top of the pyramid, getting a solo (and winning) every week, and nationals. When we finally got to nationals, we found out it was exactly the same as any other competition. But it was nationals, so that must mean something, right? Chloe and Maddie both had solos (surprise, surprise) and Chloe forgot hers. May I say that when a kid forgets their solo, that is the absolute worst part of the show? Not only because you feel awful for the kid, but mostly because of the adult's reactions. Paige was the first to forget hers, and Abby flipped out. Chloe forgot hers at nationals, so you can imagine how angry Abby was. Then it was Nia, which her mom went to the competition director and asked if she could perform again. That was by far the best way to react to the child forgetting their solo in my opinion. What is it with Abby saying you only get one chance? Maybe on Broadway, but these are kids, and as far as I know, you usually do get more than one chance. Think about the SAT; if you fail the first time, you just take it again.
Now of everyone who's ever forgotten their solo, the worst was Maddie. Usually the kids freeze on stage, but Maddie ran straight off, and literally had a panic attack. NOT HEALTHY for a nine year old, or anyone. And I don't even want to begin to think about the drama that went on after that.
One issue I think we should address before moving on to the next season is the favoritism. I am not denying that Maddie isn't Abby's favorite, but it is SO overrated. Why? Christi. If there is one person I can't stand on this show, it's Christi. Now Abby is just plain mean, but she knows it and she doesn't care either. Cathy is a nut, enough said. But Christi likes to manipulate people. It's all about her Chloe and how unfair it is for her. If it was that bad, there is no way a parent would keep their child in that studio. Christi exaggerates Maddie's favoritism a lot, which hurts Maddie's reputation. Don't believe me? Here you go:
In the second half of the second season of Dance Moms, Abby expected a ton out of Maddie, and when Maddie didn't meet her expectations, she went on the bottom of the pyramid. Remember that time when Maddie's part was taken away from her (the homeless child)? And was given to Chloe? All of a sudden Abby was putting too much pressure on Chloe. When Chloe gets a solo it's too much pressure, when Chloe doesn't get a solo it's not fair because Abby doesn't pay any attention to her. I find it funny that people think Chloe is the underdog, when in my opinion Paige and Nia are the underdogs. When Chloe got the lead in the music video, it was all happy and fair, but when Maddie got the part for drop dead diva, it was rigged. When Maddie wins a competition, it's because she gets better choreography but when Chloe wins, it's because she's more talented. The worst was the last episode, when Abby asked Melissa who she would pick to have a solo. First Melissa says Nia, but basically Abby says "no", so poor Nia never even had a chance at getting the solo. Melissa picks Chloe, which is great because according to Christi, Chloe really deserves it. I'm not disagreeing, but Abby said the solos would be decided solely on their performances at the previous competition. Kendall placed higher than Chloe. Nia is picked over Chloe. Chloe gets the solo. If that had been Maddie, boy would we have heard complaints.
Anyway, I'm done ranting about favoritism and how much I can't stand Christi. That being said, I love Chloe! In fact, I love all of the girls, just not their moms. I'm excited about the new season. What are you looking forward to? Do you think it will last as long as season 2? Let me know by commenting below!

X Factor: THE WINNER IS ANNOUNCED! Finale Results
This is the episode we've all been waiting for. We finally find out who the winner is. But first we must sit through 3 Christmas songs, a performance from One Direction, the elimination of 3rd place, and a duet with the top 2. The only things I really know about One Direction are that they were on X Factor and placed 2nd, and that Niall has a crush on Demi. Which I learned from X Factor.
The judges all arrive on the red carpet with thousands of screaming fans. Tate is the first contestant to arrive and sings down the red carpet. Carly follows, and continues the song, and Fifth Harmony also follows and continues the song. The other contestants who were eliminated are lined up across the red carpet. Carly hugs Diamond and it's really cute. The finalists finish their song on stage, and it was a great entrance.
Tate is the first to sing his Christmas song, but before he begins, Khloe and Mario show a video making fun of LA. It's basically a piano playing track while they show clips of him fingering piano pieces while a contestant is singing, and strumming imaginary guitars. It's pretty funny. Tate sings, he does great but it doesn't really matter because the votes are done by now. Fifth Harmony goes next, and they play clips of Simon insulting people while the song "Mr. Grinch" is playing. He does have some pretty great insults, I must say! Finally, Carly Rose sings "All I Want for Christmas is You" and I won't comment on that because I don't like that song. But I will comment on the faces of Britney, because they play clips of the faces she makes throughout the show and it is hilarious. She seriously always looks confused!
The finalists are brought back out, and they announce the third place winner who gets eliminated. To nobody's surprise, Fifth Harmony came in 3rd. They even weren't surprised. I am happy for them though, because they did make it really far into the competition. But now it's down to Carly and Tate, who have been in the top 2 this whole time. I'll be happy with either one, but I think Tate needs it more.
They perform their final song, which is a duet between the two of them of "The Climb" by Miley Cyrus. It is beautiful but I'm eager to see who won already!
The two are brought back onstage, and Mario takes an hour before he says the name of the winner, which is...

TATE STEVENS!!!!!
Yay! I'm so happy for Tate! He just won 5 Million Dollars! All of the contestants from the top 12 (including Lyric 145, who we missed last night probably because rap didn't exactly go with the song choice) come out and dance while Tate sings one last time. Although I'm pretty sure Carly isn't there. It's a really touching moment, and Tate is a really talented singer. I'm so happy for him! Aaahh!
So, looking back at all of the contestants from the beginning of the season, I have to say I didn't expect Tate to win. I expected Jennel, of course. She should've made it way further. I would've loved to see Carly and Diamond in the final 2, that would've made things interesting. Here are the final results I would've picked:
1. Diamond White
2. Carly Rose Sonenclar
3. Jennel Garcia
4. Tate Stevens
5. Cece Frey
6.Vino Alan
7.Fifth Harmony
8. Emblem 3
9. Paige Thomas
10. Lyric 145
11. Arin Ray
12. Beatrice Miller
13. Jason...
Here is the order it turned out:

X Factor: FINALE PERFORMANCES
WOW this was a great show! All the acts from the top 12 came back and the show started with Simon announcing the tribute they will be making to the kids and teachers who were killed at the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting. The acts performed "You Are Not Alone" by Michael Jackson, and it was absolutely beautiful and heartbreaking.
Beatrice started out, and she did beautifully. Arin followed, also singing really well. Then came Diamond, who always shines. Cece was next, followed by Paige who kind of struggled, but then we got to see Vino who was amazing and Jennel who also sang well. Emblem 3 even did a nice job and then the finalists arrived, starting with Tate, then Fifth Harmony, and Carly who really shined. And then they all sang together and the kids names were all lit up behind them and I cried. And I mean I know I cried for Diamond and Cece's thanksgiving performances, but this was so beautiful and so heartbreaking, it was really heartfelt. Demi was probably balling but we didn't get to see her face.
Now the finals begin. The 3 acts must sing a song that they've already performed. Carly Rose went first with "Feeling Good" and although it's not my favorite song, she always rocks it. Tate was next, also performing his audition song and he did amazing. Fifth Harmony sang "Anything Can Happen," which they just sang last week and didn't bother changing the set-up either. It was kind of lazy, but it still is their best performance.
Next, we learn that they will get duets with a celebrity. Carly Rose sang with LeAnn Rimes, and while Carly did well, LeAnn looked awful and sang awful. I felt bad for Carly. Tate sang with three country singers, it was something like Little Big Planet....probably not but something like it. It wasn't anything spectacular, but he was having fun, and I'm guessing they didn't have much time to rehearse these duets. Fifth Harmony's was by FAR the best because they performed "Give Your Heart a Break" with Demi Lovato herself, and man Demi is a star. She was so good Simon gave her a standing ovation. He even said she was "sensational" and "pop perfection." Wow. That's impressive coming from Simon. Especially to Demi.
Their last performance is their 5 Million Dollar performance, and this is what it all comes down to. Carly Rose sang the Shrek version of Hallelujah (which is much better than the original version, if you haven't heard it look it up!) and this was my favorite performance of hers. She looked gorgeous and she held back, yet still sang that big Carly Rose note and had a choir backing her up. I almost cried. Almost.
Tate sang a song I think was called "Tomorrow" but it might be "Tonight." I'm not really good with country music, as you can tell, but Tate makes you like country. I also forgot to mention earlier that they contacted every finalists' hometown (they picked Ally's for Fifth Harmony) and had the mayor there as well as their friends and co-workers and church and piano teachers. Khloe asked Tate's boss if he was expecting Tate at work, and he goes; "Hell no! I expect him to win this whole thing!" The mayor of Tate's hometown planned to add Tate's name on the water tower, which made Tate get emotional which did it for me. I'm voting for Tate now. Don't hate, I know Carly's an amazing singer but Tate is really good too and Carly's only 13. She already has an amazing future ahead of her, and this is Tate's only chance. Anyway, I loved Tate's last performance as well.
Fifth Harmony sang "Let it Be" and it was okay. Fine, it was good, but not great. It was too short and I didn't hear much harmony. I will be so so so shocked if they win. They won't.
And that's a wrap for tonight! Looking back, I think each act had their chance to shine. Tate had the best "Song of the Season" (first song) performance, Fifth Harmony had the best duet (thanks to Demi) and Carly Rose had the best 5 million dollar performance. I am SO excited to watch tomorrow's episode!

X Factor: Top 4 Semi-Finals Results
We finally get to find out who made it to the finale!! I'm still wearing black because I'm still mourning the loss of Diamond, who had the best voice on the show. Oh well. America doesn't know how to vote. And Britney doesn't know how to judge.
The four acts come out, and they all look so nervous. I don't blame them. There will be no sing off unfortunately, because I would've loved to see Fifth Harmony and Emblem 3 have a sing off and Demi refuse to vote until Simon does which is exactly what he did to her. Jerk. Mario and Khloe, aka the worst hosts ever, announce the first act through to the finals. And it's Fifth Harmony. At this point everyone is going nuts, the girls are freaking out, Simon is ecstatic, and the only one who isn't thrilled is Britney. This is the best part of the whole night. Britney's face. It's a mix of shock, confusion, and horror. Not to mention disgust. In fact, Britney often looks confused. Khloe asks her what's going on in her mind, and she said she thought it was going to be the other way around with the groups. Now either she is really confident that both Tate and Carly are going through, or she is misunderstanding the concept that Emblem 3 can still go through. Britney being Britney, it's probably the second one.
Tate is called next. So now it's down to Carly Rose and Emblem 3. I will be really upset if Carly Rose doesn't get through because she is 10000x more talented than Emblem 3. But then again so was Diamond. After about 20 minutes of waiting for Mario to announce who is through, he calls Carly's name, and Emblem 3 is eliminated. Simon is disappointed, but he couldn't really expect both of his acts to get through could he?
So there we have it. America has voted; the finalists are Carly Rose Sonenclar, Tate Stevens and Fifth Harmony. I still don't know who I'm voting for, and I will base it entirely on next weeks performances. Maybe I can write in Diamond's name?

X Factor: Top 4 Semi-Finals Performances
Last week Cece and Diamond were eliminated. I'm wearing black because I'm in mourning. The acts once again have 2 performances, and they pick their first song. Three of the four will make it to the finals, which I am so excited about!
Carly Rose chooses "Your Song" by Elton John, who her dad loves. And Britney's mom. She came out and did the same thing she always does; sings beautifully and hit the big notes. It is getting slightly repetitive, and I think Carly should do something out of her element and dance. Just my opinion. Her second song was "Imagine" and this is what I'm talking about when I say she needs to do something different. She started by playing the piano and it was beautiful, but then she got up and hit the high notes and went back to her old self. Simon was right, she should've just stayed at the piano the whole time because at this point we're aware she can sing those big notes. It wasn't her best night, in fact it was the first night she was criticized but I'm sure she'll make it to the finals anyway.
Emblem 3 had their best night today. Their first song was good, but I really enjoyed their second song, "Hey Jude" by the Beatles which surprisingly suited them really well. This was the best I've seen them perform and I will be surprised if they're not in the finals either.
Tate had the best performances of the night. I still can't tell you which songs he sang, only because all country songs sound similar to me. Actually, scratch that. The first song was "Bonfire" and it was more upbeat and I loved it, and the second song was slower but still really good. I really love Tate, he is so sweet! I don't know who I'm going to vote for, him or Carly, assuming they both make it to the finals. It will be a tough choice.
Fifth Harmony's first song was "Anything Can Happen" by Ellie Golden and it was my favorite performance of theirs so far. There was some action and it was entertaining, good props, costumes and harmony. Their second was "Impossible," which is the song they performed at the judges house when they were first put together as a group. They even sang parts of it in Spanish, and it was great but I don't think they should sing the same song twice.
My pick for the finals is Carly Rose, Tate and Diamond. Oh wait, she's not here. She should be though. Then I guess I'll go with Fifth Harmony. I think Emblem 3 will replace Fifth Harmony though. We have to wait until tomorrow :(

X Factor: Top 6 Results
After several good performances, the top 6 line up to find out who is automatically eliminated from the competition. This week, we say goodbye to the great Cece Frey. I will miss her because I loved her attitude from the beginning, but I agree that she had the weakest performance out of everyone.
The bottom two are Diamond and Fifth Harmony. My pick is Diamond, but you probably already know that. How is this even fair? A 13 year old is competing against 5 girls ranged from ages 15-19. Then again, we're looking at one incredibly talented 13 year old.
Fifth Harmony sings first and I can't remember which song they chose, but it was a good one because they actually harmonized, which is LA's biggest complaint. They are 5 individually talented singers, but are they really good together? Tonight they were.
Diamond came out with a big smile, and this girl is so mature I am amazed. She sang "Dance" with so much feeling, I thought it was a good song choice. It's amazing to think that she and Beatrice are the same age, when Diamond was smiling throughout the whole performance and Beatrice was balling. It's just not the same maturity level.
Simon eliminates Diamond, Britney eliminates Fifth Harmony. It's down to LA and Demi. They both send Diamond home, and you can tell she's upset, but she still smiles as she tells the audience she is thinking of Cher Lloyd who came in 5th and released a hit album, and said she'll make sure to come back next year and perform her hit single. I'll miss you so much Diamond! You are a star! You make me proud.
I am pretty upset, mainly because Emblem 3 is still in and Diamond isn't. I'm voting Fifth Harmony over Emblem 3 next week. The rankings were as followed:
1. Tate (Didn't really deserve the top spot this week)
2. Carly Rose (Should've been first)
3. Emblem 3 (Should not be here)
4. Fifth Harmony (This is where they should be)
5. Diamond (I just had to put her on here because she is too talented to leave this competition)
6. Cece (I might as well just add her too because she's awesome.)

X Factor: Top 6 Perfomances
We are down to Cece, Diamond, Carly Rose, Tate, Fifth Harmony and Emblem 3. Last week was full of surprises as Paige was sent home and Diamond and Vino were in the sing off. Diamond had a great performance last week so it was surprising to see her there, and Vino didn't do so well but jumped from 3rd to 7th place in one week. This week all of the contestants will be performing 2 songs, one of which is the "Pepsi Challenge" where fans choose the songs.
Emblem 3 had a rough night. Both of their performance were kind of meh and Demi was really picking on them. I do agree with her though, their songs are way too predictable. However, I'm 99.9999% sure they will still be here next week because of their looks.
Tate was okay, none of his performances really stood out to me. He still does have a really nice voice and we all know he'll be back next week (to the semi-finals!) as well.
Fifth Harmony's first song wasn't great, but the fans chose "Give Your Heart a Break" by Demi Lovato for their second song. It was one of their best performances and Demi said it was better than the original, which I must disagree with, but that being said it was still great.
Carly Rose was the best tonight in my opinion. Both of her performances were great, but her second one really stood out. She sang "If I Were a Boy" by Beyoncé, and it was flawless. The song really suited her voice and I think she deserves the first spot tomorrow.
Diamond sang the same song she auditioned with, "This is a Man's World" which was slightly disappointing because we've already heard it. She ended it by pushing down the microphone though, so that was cool. The fans chose the song "Diamonds" by Rihanna for the Pepsi Challenge (I wonder why) and she came down in a diamond. I loved it personally, and I don't think she deserves to be sent home, the final 2 should be her and Carly Rose but we know it'll be Tate and Carly Rose.
Cece sang "The Edge of Glory" by Lady Gaga which at times was off key but other times was spot on. LA liked it, Britney didn't. The fans chose "Part of Me" by Katy Perry and she went back to her old self with the leopard prints, which was exciting. It wasn't her best day, and I'll be shocked if she returns tomorrow, but either way I love Cece!
My guess is the top 4 will be Tate, Carly Rose, Fifth Harmony and Emblem 3. It should be Tate, Carly Rose, Fifth Harmony and Diamond. My ranking, based on all the performances the top 6 have ever done would be:
1. Diamond
2. Carly Rose
3. Tate
4. Fifth Harmony
5. Cece
6. Emblem 3
But unfortunately it won't turn out that way. Life sucks then you die.

X Factor: Top 8 Results
Tonight was another double elimination, so only 6 acts remain. The first act that was eliminated straight away was Paige. I am not too surprised, but I did enjoy her performance last night. However she kind of threw me off when she said "I'm glad it's over, because I have better things to do now," which I'm guessing she means making an album of some sort, but what better things do you have to do than competing for 10 million dollars?
The bottom two this week are Diamond and Vino. This was a shock to everyone I'm sure, because Diamond, as always, performed great and it's so ridiculous to think that she's in the bottom. And Vino didn't have a great performance, yet he has been placing 3rd this whole time, so he really jumped down a lot of spots.
Diamond sings first, and she sounds lovely, because hello America? She has the best voice in this competition! The only voice that disputably could be comparable is Carly's, but even then, Diamond gets my vote. Vino goes next, and it's crazy to think that one of these acts is going to be eliminated, because they're both so good. And yet Emblem 3 is still in, and they're okay, but we all know it's their looks that save them.
Britney votes Vino off. LA votes Diamond off. Big surprise. Demi votes Vino off, and Simon eliminates Vino. I am really glad Diamond is still in, but I feel terrible for Vino, who because of LA's song choice went from 3rd to 7th in the competition.
The rankings are announced as follows:
1. Carly Rose (Yes her voice is amazing, but we already knew that and I wanted to see her dance. Oh well.)
2. Tate (You know these two are always going to be the top 2 until one of them wins.)
3. Emblem 3 (They did well but not that well)
4. Fifth Harmony (They were amazing, and deserve a higher spot)
5. Cece (Yay! I'm so glad she's here and didn't have to pack a suitcase)
6. Diamond (Why is she in 6th?????)

X Factor: Top 8 Perfomances
This week I think we've finally narrowed it down to the top 8 acts of the competition, and everyone deserves to be there (along with Jennel). Last week was emotional, Arin was sent home after a not-so-great performance and Beatrice and Cece were both in the sing-off. Cece's performance was so touching, it was hard to believe she was in the bottom 2, and even Beatrice had done a nice job in her performance. Beatrice was a mess in the sing-off however, and she was sent home in tears. Carly Rose was ranked first this time, ahead of Tate.
This week the performances are the opposite of the slow, emotional ones; very upbeat with dancing and everything.
Carly Rose performed "Rolling in the Deep" by Adele, and while it wasn't my favorite, it was still amazing. She started out really slow, but once she finally reaches the high notes she brings it. I just wish there would've been some element of dance into it, because it was a little too easy compared to the other acts.
Emblem 3 did well this week, and this was much more in their element. They really aren't meant for slow songs, they can play their own instruments and write their own music. They also hate being called a boy band.
Paige's performance was way different than anything we've seen before; it was sexy and she really looked like a popstar. The judges all agreed it was her best performance yet, and I think so too.
Vino's was very disappointing, only because of the song choice, which is LA's fault. It was probably the worst of the night, only because all of the others were really good, but I doubt he'll get sent home since he's placed third this whole time.
Diamond sang "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" by Whitney Houston. It was upbeat and challenging; not only is it a difficult song to sing but there was choreography and dance and everything. She was nervous before going on (don't blame her) but she shouldn't have been since she was amazing. This was one of my favorite performances of hers, she really nailed those high notes as she danced and you could tell she was having fun.
Before Fifth Harmony preformed, we learn that one of the girls in the group, Ally, lost her grandfather this past week. The girls sang Stronger and it was by far, and I mean FAR, their best performance. It sounded like the original song by Kelly Clarkson. I am very impressed and I even learned all of the girls names! Ally is the oldest, followed by Lauren, and the rest, Camila, Dinah and Normani. I still think the best are Dinah and Lauren, but I do like Ally's voice and Camila brings something different, not too sure about Normani.
Cece sand "Lady Marmalade" by Christina Aguilera, and it was the exact opposite of last week's performance of "You Are the Wind Beneath My Wings." I still enjoyed it though, but as Simon says, there was a lot going on. Simon even told her to pack a suitcase because she won't be back, but I hope she will because Cece rocks!
Tate's performances are always the same, but they're always good. He does have a really nice country voice, and I really like him as a person too.
And that's it for you, the top 8! My pick for tonight is Fifth Harmony, but I always love Diamond and Carly Rose sang really well.

X Factor: Top 10 Thanksgiving Results
Last night showcased a lot of talent. The top 3 acts in my opinion were Diamond, followed by Cece and then Carly. Vino was up there as well, Tate and Emblem 3 weren't great, Beatrice had her best performance, Fifth Harmony was good, Paige was okay and Arin was my least favorite.
As usual, all the acts line up and since it is a double elimination, they start by announcing the name of the act who has gone home. In 10th place, it is Arin Ray. I agree, finally America has made a good choice. They then proceed on calling everyone's name who is still in the competition, until only Beatrice and Cece are left. This is ridiculous, Cece was sensational, but I agree with Beatrice being in the bottom. It was her best so far, but her best still isn't near anyone else's. At this point Beatrice is freaking out and I don't think she expected being in the bottom.
Cece sings first. I absolutely love how this whole scenario plays out. She comes out looking really fierce, and her eyes are so intense it is crazy. I know she supposedly went from mean girl to nice girl, but I think she still has mean girl in her when you look into her eyes. She starts singing, and they all wear an earpiece when they sing, but being Cece, she wants to tough it out and rips out that earpiece. And you know what? She sounds fantastic. There is no way Cece should go home, she is the toughest out of anyone.
Beatrice comes out, and the poor thing is a mess. She cries throughout the entire performance and she often sings off key, but this entire song was off key. Both girls come out and Cece has her arm around Beatrice, who is still crying hysterically. Britney votes Cece off, Demi votes Beatrice off, and it's down to LA and Simon. LA says this competition has gotten too much for Beatrice so he votes her off, and Simon agrees, sending Beatrice home. I feel bad for Beatrice, but she had to leave. I'm sorry, she just wasn't that good.
I am really happy with the way things turned out so far, with Arin and Beatrice being sent home. The ranks are now announced, and they are as follows:
1. Carly Rose (I'm glad she is ahead of Tate, not sure if she deserves the first spot though)
2. Tate (He should be lower)
3. Vino (He deserves to be up high, he had a great performance last night)
4. Emblem 3 (You have got to be kidding me America, seriously?)
5. Diamond (She deserves #1, but at least she moved up from last week)
6. Fifth Harmony (This is about where they deserve to be)
7. Paige (I agree with this one as well)
8. Cece (Should be second, but at least she survived the sing off for the third time)
I am not too surprised by these results; people don't change their minds. Someone may have a great performance, but that doesn't change their rank, and vice versa. We'll see how next week goes!

X Factor: Top 10 Thanksgiving Performance
Wow, I am blown away by this episode. This is by far the best one yet. Since tomorrow is Thanksgiving, the acts must sing a song for someone; giving thanks to them. We start with Tate, who gives thanks to his wife.
Tate was okay, I wouldn't call it his best performance. I definitely don't think he should be ranked first, but he probably will be anyway. I'm not sure I like that they show us the rankings, it's basically just telling us who is going to win because people don't like to change their votes. I don't either, I've voted for Diamond this whole time. Anyways, Tate's performance was so-so.
Emblem 3 wasn't great either. It wasn't memorable, I don't even remember who they gave thanks to. I do remember them telling us about how two of them are brothers and the other one is basically an adopted brother who didn't have a family to stay with. Their performance just wasn't as emotional as the judges wanted.
Now Diamond always blows me away, but tonight was a whole different level. She gave thanks to her mom because she doesn't have a dad and her mom was basically a mom and dad to her. She sang "Because You Loved Me" by Celine Dion, which was a perfect song choice (good job Britney!) She sang with so much feeling and passion, and hit those big notes and high notes so well, it was amazing. I don't usually cry but I couldn't help it. I cried. She even got a standing ovation from every judge but Simon, which honestly pisses me off because she couldn't possibly have done anything better. She also made Demi cry. Which made me cry even more, and that is Demi's 5th time.
Paige dedicated hers to a woman who basically adopted her because (like the guy from Emblem 3) she had no family. It is all very touching as they show the backstage clips and her 3 year old daughter (I think her name is Jade) who is absolutely adorable. But then I notice something that I probably should've noticed a long time ago; Paige has a giant tattoo of her daughter's name and birth date on her chest. That's kind of weird, but I guess it's better than Vino's tattoo across his head. Paige did alright. It wasn't great, and I won't be surprised if she goes home. I will miss her though, she seems really sweet and her daughter is adorable.
Vino gave thanks to the troops, which he wanted to join but couldn't because of his tattoos. I know Vino used to sing for them which is really kind, and probably gives him bonus votes. He sang "God Bless the USA," and it was amazing. He sang it perfectly, and I think he is the most improved out of any of the contestants. He got a standing ovation (although I'm pretty sure it was for the troops), but either way he deserves it.
Arin chose his brother, and I don't have much to say about this one because it was my least favorite of the night. It was just bleh. I don't think he'll make it to the top 8.
Cece's was, along with Diamond's, the most memorable performance. She gave thanks to her sister, who died of cerebral palsy at the age of 7. I started crying before the performance because the backstage video was so heartbreaking. Cece explained that her sister Kelsey's favorite color was purple, so each year they tie a purple ribbon to the Christmas tree. Her parents are also interviewed and crying, which makes me cry even more. Then Cece starts singing "You are the Wind Beneath My Wings" by Whitney Houston, which is not an easy song to sing, especially after watching that heartbreaking video. She starts out shaky, but once she gets to the high notes she pulls herself together and aces them, and it sounds amazing. Plus she looks amazing, and she sings with so much feeling. She chokes at the end, not able to finish the last few words. She does finally get positive remarks from the judges, but I think everyone is in tears by now (her mom is hysterically crying, and so was Diamond's mom when she was performing) and Cece herself can't control her emotions. I'm crying pretty hard too, but somehow Demi manages to pull herself together and hold back those tears by not looking at Cece. Anyways, good job Cece, that was a beautiful performance.
Beatrice gave thanks to her adopted sisters, who both surprised her by showing up for the first time. I must commend Britney for her song choices this week, they were all good! She must've gotten help from someone though, because I can't imagine it's possible to go from picking such terrible songs to great songs in 2 weeks. Beatrice sang "Chasing Cars" by Train, and it was probably her best performance, aside from once again the terrible outfit. It still wasn't comparable to Diamond though.
Fifth Harmony (I like this new name!) gave thanks to God, only because they couldn't give thanks to five different people. We learn that Dinah lives in a house with 20 people, which must be awful. They sang "I'll Stand By You" and it was really good. I think the best singers in this group are Dinah and Lauren, but Camila has something special with her voice. I don't know how you get a voice like that, but it's definitely different.
Carly Rose gave thanks to her older brother who is in college but came back for this performance. He seems like a great big brother and I'm jealous. She sang "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" and it was, as usual, amazing. She hit two huge notes at the end, which got her a standing ovation from all 4 judges. I have to say Diamond's performance was my favorite, but Simon must like Carly better because he stood in hers and not Diamond's.
Wow! What a night, the first time any act made me cry (in fact, 2 acts!) and I'm excited for the results tomorrow.

X Factor: Top 12, Diva Week Results
This episode was FULL of surprises. I almost think it was rigged. It probably is. The top 12 line up and one act is eliminated right away: Lyric 145. I was slightly taken aback, and I'll miss them because they were the only ones that took risks. The acts are all called one by one until only two remain, and everyone is in shock when Cece's name is called as safe, and in even greater shock when the bottom 2 are Paige and Jennel. Yep, you heard right, PAIGE & JENNEL. What is this?
Jennel sings first, and picks a song that is totally not suited for her. I don't know why she picked that song, because Jennel is my prediction to win and the odds aren't looking too good on my side, especially after that performance. Paige sings, and it's way better than Jennel's performance. The judges are now voting, but this is a little different since both of these acts are mentored by Demi. Demi gets to go last, that way if all 3 judges decide on the same person, she won't have to vote at all.
Britney and LA both send home Jennel. It is now Simon's turn, but since it's Simon's show and he makes the rules, he decides it's Demi's turn. Now let me just say that this is AWFUL for Demi, and Simon is such a jerk, but I think we already knew that anyway. Seriously though, it's like asking a parent which child they like best. So poor Demi doesn't want to be the one to send her own act home, so she sends home Paige, knowing that Simon will make the final decision of eliminating Jennel. Now this has to be somewhat awkward, because Demi is now mentoring Paige, who she just voted off. I get her logic though, but I'm not sure it was the best one.
Demi hugs Jennel, who is crying, and then Demi starts crying, and it's a mess. This I believe is the 4th time we see Demi cry, but I don't blame her because the first was at Jillian's audition (the girl who was bullied), the second was at boot camp where she felt bad for crushing hundreds of dreams, and the third was when she told Jillian she wasn't through to the live shows.
The contestants all come back out for the rankings, which are as follows:
1. Tate Stevens (Not surprised, only because he was first last week)
2. Carly Rose Sonenclar (Same goes for her, also great performance on a great song)
3. Vino Alan (I really do like him now. Go Vino!)
4. Emblem 3 (They really shouldn't be up here. They performed a Beatles song on diva week.)
5. Cece Frey (I. Am. Speechless. How is that even possible? Nevertheless, I am thrilled for Cece!)
6. Fifth Harmony (About where I expected them)
7. Diamond White (People are delusional. She should be in first. Team Diamond!)
8. Beatrice Miller (Why is this kid still here?)
9. Arin Ray (He got luck too.)
10. Paige Thomas (She deserves to be higher.)

X Factor: Top 12, Diva Week Performances
Last week we had Jason go home, Cece survive the sing-off and Tate ranked first. This week, all acts must perform a song by a diva. Here are the highlights of this episode:
Carly Rose sings "My Heart Will Go On" by Celine Dion, which is beautiful, along with Diamond's performance of "Halo" by Beyoncé. I swear these 2 have the best voices in the competition. Emblem 3 does a Beatles song which is CHEATING but then again their mentor is Simon and he can do whatever he wants. Jennel goes back to her old self and does a wonderful job, but I am disappointed with Lyric 145. In fact, I'm disappointed with all of Simon's acts tonight.
Important Announcement: The girl group is officially named "Fifth Harmony."
Cece sings "All By Myself" which once again isn't that great. I don't understand why Cece always does amazing in the sing off but never as well in the actual performance. Paige and Arin's performances didn't stick out to me, and Beatrice sang "Time After Time," which I'm sorry, but it's hard to even think she's competing against someone like Carly Rose and Diamond. It's just not the same level AT ALL. And she wears a hat that says "YOLO." Ugh. Vino and Tate both did a nice job.
Tomorrow is a double elimination, and only 10 acts will remain. I think Cece will be gone, and I wish Beatrice will too but I have a feeling she'll just barely get by. We'll just have to wait and see!

X Factor: 2nd Live Show Results
Today we find out which act is eliminated and the rankings of the acts. All of the contestants are brought out and one by one, the contestant's names that are safe are called, until there are two acts left. The bottom 2 this week are Jason and Cece. I'm not too surprised by this, but I hope Cece gets through because I like her attitude, and honestly I like Jason but nobody would by his music.
Jason and Cece battle it out for the spot in the top 12. Both of them sing well, and I feel like Cece does best when she's under pressure. She's just really tough.
The judges must each state the name of the act they want to send home. Naturally, Demi says Jason and LA says Cece, so it's really up to the next two judges. Britney says Cece, but Simon wants to send Jason home, so it's a tie. We then go to deadlock, and the contestant with the most votes goes to the next round. The one we will be seeing perform again next week is.....Cece! Yay! Unfortunately Jason must leave the competition.
This is the part that I'm really interested in watching. Based on the rankings, I think the top 5 will probably remain the top 5 the whole time (with maybe a few minor shifts). I doubt anyone who is not in the top 5 will have a chance in winning the X Factor, so sorry Cece! I still love you though :/
The contestants all come out once again, minus Jason and Cece. Cece is automatically placed at 12th for surviving the sing-off and the rest wait for their name to be called. The ranking starts with Arin Ray in 11th place, and goes to the top 2, which are Carly Rose and Tate. After what seems like a century, the rankings are finally revealed as the following:
1. Tate Stevens (I didn't expect him to be this far up, but I'm happy for him.)
2. Carly Rose Sonenclar (She deserves to be up here. I'm not surprised.)
3. Vino Alan (Big shock, I didn't know America would like him. I now have to pay more attention to him)
4. Diamond White (Definitely deserves to be this high up, she sang great and I bet the judges are glad she's back now :b)
5. Jennel Garcia (I've said it before, I'll say it again; I thought she would be ranked first. She is still in the top 5, but I'm no longer certain she will win.)
6. Emblem 3 (About where I expected them.)
7. Girl Group (Also where I expected them.)
8. Paige Thomas (She could've been a little higher, I'm a little surprised.)
9. Lyric 145 (Although I thoroughly enjoyed their performance of Supercali...., I'm not surprised to see them so low.)
10. Beatrice Miller (Obviously Britney was wrong to put her through and eliminate Diamond. Good Lord.)
11. Arin Ray (Ouch, thought he might be at least ahead of Beatrice. Oh well, I guess he won't last long either.)
12. Cece Frey (This isn't too surprising because her performance wasn't great and America hates her, but at least she's still in!)
Overall, I must say I'm pretty surprised by the outcome. I expected the top 5 to be more like Carly Rose, Diamond, Jennel, Paige and Emblem 3. I am actually quite happy that Tate is up there, as well as Vino. But this does mess with my prediction of Jennel being the winner. She could still move up but that's a lot of places until the first place. Next week is diva week and a double elimination!

X Factor: 2nd Live Show Performances
Here is a short recap of what happened last week:
Willie and Cece both had poor performances in the young adults, they both sang in the sing-off and Cece kicked butt, Willie was eliminated. In the teens, Britney screwed up all of the performances and put Diamond and Arin in the sing-off, although Diamond had NO reason to be there. She then proceeded to eliminate Diamond. For the adults, nothing surprising happened: JASON (which I apologize for calling Joseph this whole time) and David were in the sing-off and David was sent home. Finally, the girls had their sing-off against Sister C and Sister C was finally eliminated.
This episode started with a huge surprise; Diamond was brought back on the show! YAAAAY!! I am so happy about this. Apparently the judges decided (I'm guessing Britney was not included) that Diamond should not have been eliminated so they (and by they it's really Simon because it's his show and he makes up all of the rules) brought her back on!
This week's theme is songs from movies and the top 12 has now become the top 13. Only one act will be sent home after the 13 acts have performed.
Which acts stood out? Carly's was amazing, she performed "It Will Rain" by Bruno Mars. Britney actually took the advice she was given last week and had a lot less going on while the teens were singing. Diamond once again sang amazing, although the outfit was terrible. Still not as bad as Beatrice's outfit, which I swear the costume designers need to be fired for dressing her like a hobo. I think Vino is improving, and I'm starting to really like Tate. Jennel is still my predicted winner, but I think Demi is guiding her in the wrong direction.
Emblem 3 and the girl group are just so-so to me. Emblem 3 will get votes for having attractive guys, but I'm not sure about the girl group (which by the way are changing their names next week, based on what names the fans come up with). Paige's was better last week, I'm not a fan of Arin and Cece did okay. Jason won't last long, in fact I'll be surprised if he doesn't go home tomorrow.
Who am I most impressed with? Lyric 145. They took a huge risk by singing "Supercalifragilisticespialigiosis" (that is by best attempt in spelling it.) But yes, the rappers rapped that song and I thought it was awesome! They definitely won't be at the top of the rankings though.
Not only will we know who goes home tomorrow, but the rankings will also be revealed. And did I mention that Khloe Kardashian and Mario Lopez are the worst hosts ever? When they interview someone they only let them answer half of the question and then they pull the microphone away and ask the next one. Anyways, I'm excited for tomorrow!

X Factor: Top 16 Sing for Survival
After yesterday's top 16 performances, the judges must each pick 2 of their acts to sing for survival and later eliminate one of them.
Demi announces the 2 acts that are safe: Paige and Jennel. Good job Demi, way to pick the right ones. Britney, take some notes.
To probably the entire world's dismay, Britney picks Beatrice as her first safe act. WTF? NO! What is wrong with this lady? Someone answer me please! Sorry Beatrice, you're a good singer, but if Beatrice is safe that means either Carly Rose or Diamond are in the sing off (please don't tell me it's both of them), and if she eliminates one of them that means Britney just eliminated the best singer on the show. Here we go, whose career is Britney going to ruin? Britney calls the next safe act, which is Carly Rose. At least it wasn't Arin Ray. So obviously, Britney is racist.
LA does the obvious things (thank you LA) and keeps Tate and Vino.
Simon calls Lyric 145, which is surprising to me, because I would've thought hands down that Emblem 3 and the girl group would be safe. Emblem 3 is called next, which means the girls are in the sing off. Man, if Simon keeps Sister C over them, he's in trouble. With me.
Willie and Cece have their sing off. Willie isn't that great, but Cece kills it. She does a slow song, which seems to be the direction she should be heading in because she was amazing.
Arin sings a slow song too, and it sounds amazing. This is by far his best performance, and Simon tells him he shouldn't go home. At this point I'm getting worried for Diamond, but she does far more than amazing. I swear I can't believe that Britney picked Beatrice over her. There's just no way. It's like picking Britney over Whitney Houston. That's probably why Britney picked her.
Joseph and David have their sing off, and I feel bad for them because neither stand a chance in this competition.
Sister C sounds awful as usual, and the girl group sings my all time favorite song, Skyscraper. Demi says it's better than the original, and while I do admit it was good, it was no where near the beauty of Demi's version.
Here comes the part we've all been waiting for. The judges say the names of who they are eliminating.
Demi eliminates Willie. I think Demi has made the best decisions out of all the judges so far, along with LA although LA's were pretty straightforward. Congrats Demi! And way to go Cece for making the top 12!
And here's the part America has been dreading. Please, let my faith in humanity be restored! No. Britney. Just. Eliminated. Diamond. Why is this tone-deaf woman on this show? Someone, please tell me, how is Diamond no longer in the competition? How does that even work? I said from the beginning that she had the best voice on this show! And I'm never wrong! Simon, Demi, LA, please don't let Britney do this to Diamond! Bring her back! Fire Britney! Please! Anyway, congrats to Arin for making it to the top 12 -.-
After that devastating announcement, LA eliminates David and keeps Joseph. Not that anyone really cares because Joseph is going to get eliminated next week anyway.
And thank God, Simon finally eliminates Sister C. Yay girl group!
I still stand by my original theory of Jennel being the winner. And I'm still furious. Bring Diamond back!

X Factor: Top 16 Performances
It's the first live show! Yay! Everyone will get 1 performance and tomorrow the judges will pick 2 of their acts to sing in the sing-off, and one will be eliminated. I will just summarize the events (unfortunately you won't get a detailed description, you can watch the show for that).
Britney's choices sucked. She picked bad songs, had too much going on during each performance and while she has th 2 best singers in the entire competition (Carly and Diamond), I'm not sure about their future in this competition because their mentor is Britney. She picked the song "Hey Soul Sister" for Diamond, instead of a song with a big voice like hers. Either way, Diamond was amazing, but still, Britney best step it up! Carly's was just a mini-her as she dressed her as a schoolgirl taking over the cafeteria, which is apparently exactly what Britney did when she was younger. The three acts who should go through are Carly Rose, Diamond and Arin, with Arin and Beatrice in the bottom two.
Demi changed everyone. She dyed Cece's hair blonde, which'll take me a while to get used to and she got rid of her leopard print which I am disappointed about. She cut off Paige's hair, and she made Jennel look like a rockstar. I don't know if I like Jennel's new look or not, I can't decide. Willie's performance was a mess, but Jennel's and Paige's were both really good. I wasn't impressed by Cece's either. I think Jennel and Paige will go on, Cece and Willie will be in the bottom 2 and Willie will leave.
LA's adults are boring. Once again, the only acts of his that will make it to the top 10 are Vino and Tate. Tate is good, but I don't love country, and I miss the way he was in his first audition. Vino isn't that great of a singer but I like him. David and Joseph will definitely be in the bottom 2 tomorrow, and I think David will leave.
Simon's acts are all over the place. I hate Sister C, I love the five girls (1432? Explain to me how that makes I love you too??), Lyric 145 is strange, I don't know if I like them or not, and Emblem 3 is hot. I think Lyric 145 and Sister C will be in the bottom 2, and Sister C will hopefully go home.
Overall, not too impressed, and I am mad at Britney for ruining all of her acts. The top 3 performances of the night were Paige, Jennel and the 5 girls whom I will not be calling 1432 because not only is that not a name, it makes no sense whatsoever! Anyway, hopefully the performances will get better from now on.

X Factor: Who's through to the live shows?
Demi announces the ones going through by having a one by one talk with them. I am slightly surprised with one of her decisions-Jillian is gone. Do I agree? I love Jillian, but yes, I agree that Willie is more talented. So that makes Willie, Cece, Jennel and Paige through to the live shows. I think what surprised me was that Demi was so close to Jillian, I didn't expect her to be sent home. But I think she made the right decision, so cudos to Demi!
Britney actually picks the right people, and I'm heartbroken for Reed, I kind of wish he had gone through instead of Beatrice but it's a singing competition and Beatrice has the better voice, so I'll just have to deal with it. The ones through are Beatrice, Carly Rose, Diamond and Arin.
LA doesn't pick Tara! Way to go LA! The 4 through are Joseph, David, Tate and Vino. I don't think Joseph and David are going very far at all, but Tate and Vino both have some potential.
Simon unfortunately picks Sister C to go through, so we have to bare through hearing their voices once more. Hopefully it'll only be once more. Sister C, the 5 girls, Emblem 3 and Lyric 145 are through.
I am happy with all the decisions except for Simon's, although I don't think there should be a second One Direction so I guess we'll just have to deal with it.

X Factor: Simon's House
I love Simon, I think he's hilarious and a great judge. Plus he created One Direction, so that counts for something. The groups get ready, and for many of them, it's their first time ever performing together.
The 5 boys-They're good, they're hot and they are clones of One Direction. I still think they'll get through though.
5 Girls-It's been a while since there's been a girl group in the USA, and I really love their voices together. All 5 of them are really good singers.
Emblem 3-Yes, they're cocky, but at least they're original. I think they sound good together and they're entertaining. They could make it far in the competition.
Sister C-Ick, their voices hurt my ears. All 3 sisters are pretty, California girls, and I know some people would like their voices, but only a very small amount of people. I am not one of them.
Lyric 145-I know I usually don't like rappers, but these 3 kill it. They've all had it rough too, not living in the best places, and I think Simon did a great job adding Lyric to their group.
I'm hoping Sister C is gone, but I can't say for sure. I think the acts going through are the 5 boys, the 5 girls, Emblem 3 and Lyric 145.

X Factor: LA's House
LA had a little meltdown when he found out he was mentoring the adults. I understand, that must be by far the most boring category to mentor. And who does he bring in to help? Justin Bieber. God help this man. Who brings in Justin Bieber to judge adults on their singing ability? Apparently LA does.
Not only is this group the most boring to mentor, it's also the most boring to watch. I highly doubt any of the finalists will come from this category.
I still can't remember his name, but the only black guy of the bunch-Pretty good, not great. He could use some work.
Tate-Not his best performance, but hopefully good enough to get him through to the live shows. I think he has the most potential out of anyone coming from this age group.
David Correy-Yes, he can sing, but will anyone buy his songs? No. Sorry.
Joseph-This man is so sweet and has one of those voices that wows you, but that you wouldn't listen to. So basically the same thing goes for him as David Correy.
Tara-Now everyone's hating on Cece, but Tara is the mean one here. Plus she's not that good. But the poor woman thinks she's going to win the whole thing, so let her dream.
Vino-This man wants it so bad, you can tell just by watching him. I wouldn't normally find myself rooting for someone like him, but I can't help it, he's too good.
Predictions? The 4 acts going to the live shows are Tate, Joseph, Tara and Vino. I think they'll keep Tara in for drama, but I don't think she's that good. Oh well.

X Factor: Britney's House
Britney is mentoring the teens, although Britney shouldn't really be mentoring anybody because she can't sing, judge, or make good decisions. Oh well. The remaining teens get ready to perform and up first is my favorite, Diamond White. Oh, and Britney brings in Will.I.Am to help judge, or rather to be the judge since Britney can't judge.
Diamond-She blows my mind every time. She is so gorgeous and talented and you can see that confidence when she sings. She also seems to be a very nice girl. If Britney doesn't keep her I quit.
Arin-He actually competed last year but was put in a group. I think he has a nice voice, and he's cute, and I think he'll make it through.
Kid Rapper-No rapping please! Honestly, there's no way a rapper could win X Factor, sorry not sorry.
Beatrice-She was so nervous before singing, which I get, but she was all rolling her eyes during everyone else's performance. I don't know if I really like her, which I know is mean to say because she's only 13, but there's usually a kid I don't like, and for me it's her. She sings "Titanium" and sounds good, unfortunately she'll probably make it through.
Reed-He is 13 years old and is absolutely adorable. He is just so cute. But that being said, his voice isn't that good. I will miss him though!
Carly Rose-Will.I.Am said she was possessed, because it just isn't possible for a 13 year old to sing that well. And he's right. It isn't. She is amazing. Enough said.
If Britney doesn't do anything really stupid at this point, the 4 going through are Diamond, Arin, Beatrice and Carly Rose. Let's cross our fingers.

X Factor: Demi's House
First we go to Demi's house, who is mentoring the Young Adults, which is the group she'd be in if she were competing. Yay! I love Demi, she is a great judge and has a great personality. And I love her songs. And I love her. Anyway, the 6 remaining young adults get ready to perform and she talks to each of them individually. She tells Cece that she sometimes comes across as unlikeable, which brings her to tears. I really do like Cece, and I think if she was just a bit nicer a lot of others would too. Demi also brings in Nick Jonas (wouldn't it have been interesting if she had brought in Joe?) to help judge.
Jennel performs, does amazing, and I have no doubt she'll make it to the live shows. However, after she performs the judges just say "thank you" and nothing else, which makes Jennel think that she messed up although she didn't, she did amazing. The judges just do that everytime.
Jillian goes, and I think this is her best vocal performance yet. Unfortunately, I don't think she is as good of a singer as most of the other contestants, but I know Demi feels connected to her so I still think there's a good chance of her making it to the next round.
Cece paints on her leopard print all the way down to her feet this time, and tells the judges she's singing "I'm Sexy and I Know It" but says it's just for fun. Somehow, she made it more fun than obnoxious, which makes me love her even more.
Paige goes, and I don't know what she's wearing, but apart from the outfit her performance is great. I'll be really surprised if she doesn't make it through.
The rapper goes. I really can't stand him. He sings Tick Tock by Kesha and Demi says she doesn't know if she loves it or hates it. I'm pretty sure she hates it. I think he's gone.
Willie goes, and I think he's a sweetheart, but there are only 2 country singers in this competition and unfortunately I don't think he can be compared to Tate. Sorry Willie!
Based on these performances, I think the 4 going to the live shows are....Jillian, Jennel, Cece and Paige. Jillian because she has a good story, Jennel is amazing and has the total package, Cece because she's talented and causes drama, and Paige because she is a really good singer as well. I think Willie maybe should go instead of Jillian if you just compare their voices, but I doubt it'll turn out that way.

X Factor: Boot Camp
I officially have my favorite-Diamond White. I cannot BELIEVE this girl is 13. I swear she is the reincarnation of Whitney Houston, and not only is her voice amazing but she has extraordinary stage presence. She shines like a diamond!!
Diamond was called up first and demolished everyone's confidence with her voice. We see several other acts, Emblem 3 did well, Carly Rose is amazing, and there was a little sing off between Paige and Cece. Now I know everyone kind of hates Cece, and I kind of do too, but a part of me really likes her at the same time. Plus she can sing. They both picked "I Will Always Love You" as their song and at this point it's clear that they both hate each other. They both sang well, but I prefered Cece on this one. We then see a bunch of mess-ups and tears.
Moving on, the remaining acts are partnered up with someone of their style. Some that stood out to me were of course Diamond, who was paired with Dinah (a 16 year old who also has a great voice). Dinah started off singing "Stronger" and sings it really slowly, focusing more on her vocals than her performance. She does have a really good voice, but man she is dead nervous. She even messes up some lyrics. I think this girl is talented but I don't know if she can handle the pressure. Suddenly out of nowhere, Diamond pops out with her Whitney Houston voice and kills it. She walks across the stage, looking those judges in the eye, and even sits at the end. Go Diamond!
Cece and Paige are obviously paired together. And, believe it or not, Cece picks the song and Paige doesn't like the choice. It honestly was a bad song choice and neither of them did well, but I know they'll still be in just for the drama. Tate and Willie (the 2 country singers) are paired together, and I was unimpressed by Willie, although it is later revealed that Tate chose the song. I think hands down Tate has a better voice. We also see Carly Rose and Beatrice Miller, both 13 year olds, and they sing Pumped Up Kicks. I really like their version. Beatrice starts out pretty well, she has a nice voice, but it honestly can't be compared to Carly's when she starts hitting those big notes.
We then move the results. There are 4 categories: teens, young adults, over 25's and groups. Six acts from each category will move onto the judge's house. The six teens are: Beatrice Miller, Diamond White, Carly Rose Sonenclar, Arin Ray, Reed Deming and some rapper kid whose name I don't remember. The young adults are: Jillian Jensen, Jennel Garcia, Paige Thomas, Cece Frey, Willie and once again a rapper whose name I don't remember (obviously I don't like rap). The adults are Tate Stevens, Vino Alan, Tara, Joseph, David Correy and I can't remember the last one. Probably a rapper. And finally, the groups are revealed. A bunch of crying kids are called back and mixed together. They then announce that they have become a group and will also be heading to the judges house. There is a One Direction-like group of 5 boys, Emblem 3, a group of 5 girls (including Dinah!), Lyric (a rapper whose name I remember) who is paired with two boys who call themselves 145, Sister C and there's always one act I can't remember so this is the one.
Who do I now think is going to win? I still predict Jennel Garcia, only because Diamond and Carly Rose are too young. I'm sad to hear that Panda is basically non existent at this point. We'll just have to wait and see!

X Factor: Auditions
Yes, I am cramming all the auditions into one post. Wish me luck. I am only going to write about the ones who stood out though.
Best Auditions:
Carly Rose Sonenclar-I absolutely LOVE this audition. She comes out as a sweet little 13 year old girl, and when she starts singing the crowd goes wild. Carly Rose gets a standing ovation from all 4 judges and of course makes it through to the next round. This girl is an amazing singer and she has this sort of sass on her face which I love when she sings.
Panda-Probably the best person you will ever see in your life. She is so charasmatic, fun and bubbly, and she can SING! She has a huge crush on Simon and I have to tell you that I was there for her audition (I saw it live!) and everyone was going nuts. Once again, 4 yes's and she went straight to the hospital afterwards because of severe pneumonia.
Diamond White-Another crazy talented 13 year old! She didn't quite get the same reaction as Carly Rose, although I think she should have. 4 yes's and off to boot camp!
Jennel Garcia-This girl is 18 and seems like an incredibly sweet girl. When she starts singing, she totally switches into a sexy diva, and she has a truly amazing voice.
Tate Stevens-This guy comes out in a cowboy hat with a southern accent and says he raps. Thankfully, he was joking and he sings a country song. I'm not usually a country fan, but he has a really nice voice and he is so sweet. 4 yes's
Cece Frey-I guess you could say she is the diva of the auditions. Cece comes out with leopard print all over her and has some great attitude. She sings amazing too. I love her.
Jillian Jensen-She comes out and is immediately attached to Demi Lovato. She starts crying as she tells her story, which is very similar to Demi's, about being bullied and having a stay strong tattoo as well. I will admit I don't love her voice, but it is unique and she puts a ton of emotion into it. Demi cries and hugs her, which makes me cry because I love Demi SO MUCH and Jillian naturally gets through.
Based on these auditions, who do I predict to win?
It could be none of these of course, but I predict Jennel Garcia to win. She just seems to have the total package. I like Cece but I have a feeling most people don't, Jillian is a great person but her voice isn't good enough to win, Tate is a possibility, Panda (unfortunately) doesn't have the look, and although Carly Rose and Diamond are probably the best singers on the show, they are a tad too young to win.
